Since 2008 I’ve been going to farmers markets and have made many new friends both customers and vendors.
Sadly on July 4, 2011 Charlie Bishop of Bishops Bluff Soaps died from another stroke. He had expressed to me in previous weeks that he was not feeling well but the last time I saw him he was happy and laughing.
His son, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren had come up from South Florida to visit him. He had the two older girls with him at the Lake Ella Market and was grinning the entire time. His last days were happy ones. So good-bye Charlie. We’ll miss you.
