Mark your calendar. It runs the both Saturday and Sunday, October 25 and 26. Not all the farms are open both days. We are officially open on Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. However, we’ll be around all day Sunday for anyone that shows up. We’ll still have the hay wagon going and the cute little critters in the petting pens – puppies this year.
Those of you that have been here in the past know we have local vendors and groups that join us for the festivities. Thor the Great Pyrenees will be here to help promote the local humane society and their thrift store. Jefferson County Extension with the 4-H kids come with the snow cone machine and the backyard cast fishing game. Jed Dillard, our livestock and forage expert, always comes and shares his knowledge. The Camellia Garden Circle sells the Atlas Garden Gloves for fundraising and we are hoping our local high school FFA kids will be here. The Country Store will be serving samples of jellies and jams.
There is plenty of parking so we hope to see you soon.
