Forty-five lambs have been born here since January 10!
We are about split with male to female ratio. These are Katahdin and Florida Native mix and are available for pets or meat. We breed for parasite resistance and don’t use chemicals or force feed for growth.
They’re only around two months old now so they’ll start being ready in May and June. We ran out quickly last year and would encourage anyone wanting lamb for sometime later this year to get an order in now.
We also have USDA processed goat at Johnston’s Meat Locker. They have chops, ground, shanks, and leg roasts.
