Spend three days immersing yourself in learning (or reviewing) the basics of weaving.
Learn how to…
- wind a warp
- dress the loom
- read a draft
- plan a project.
After this workshop, you’ll be ready to continue your weaving adventure independently. Designed for beginner level but advanced beginners will not be bored.
Class size is limited to 6 people!
The focus of this class is to learn the process rather than to produce a product, though you’ll weave mug rugs and a sampler of weave structures in class.
Small ( 20″ ) looms will be provided or you can bring your own. If you work on your own loom you’ll have a third project on it to finish at home.
Cost: $300
includes yarns for the first exercise
Dates/Time: Jan 18, 19, 20 from 10-4 each day.
