He heard them say something about Florida Food Safety and looked up to see a glance of his “Mom” holding a chicken having its throat swabbed by Jennifer Jennings-Glover, Poultry Program Manager with the Division of Animal Industry of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
