Another project in the works is The Country Store
Until now, we’ve used just a small place in the bunkhouse to set up to sell our meat and jellies. Now we’ve converted the whole building into our Country Store.
Melinda helped me do the faux painting. Truthfully, she did it. The inside now looks like a barn. Eventually I’ll have it turned into my own certified kitchen, but for now it is a great space to spread out and display our products.
I’m even having a “Cleaning out Stuff” type garage sale this weekend. You know how it is to accumulate things over many years. I figured would be a good time to move things along since I am already spiffing up getting ready for the Mayhaw Festival.
